If a note will not save

Keep the page open and do not clear browser data.
Download the open note as TXT and use Recovery backup for other drafts in this tab.
Check that browser storage is allowed and the device has space, then try Retry.

Prepare a useful bug report

When reporting a problem, include your browser and version, device, steps that led to the problem, and the visible error message. Use a small example made for testing.

Protect your notes

Never include passwords, private note text or a full backup unless you have verified the recipient and intentionally chosen to share it.
